USB drive, reimagined

FAQs

To deploy the drive, or expose the port, you must pull part with the connector upward. From there you will spin it 180 degrees until the it slides downward via tension springs. To retract it, simply repeat the process. This patented mechanism ensures that the drive is completely shielded from dust, gas, and water when retracted.

An IP68 rating is a certification that indicates that an electronic device is both dustproof and waterproof. This rating is based on the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standard 60529, which sets the criteria for the ingress protection of electronic devices. We have recently received the IP68 certificate of conformance, from Applied Technical Services Lab (ATS Lab) which confirms that our USB flash drives met the official IP68 standards, as detailed in the attached certificate document below.

Your drive shows up smaller than advertised because storage drive capacity is calculated and reported slightly differently than other capacities in computing. USB chip manufacturers use the decimal system for calculating their chip data capacity, while operating systems such as Windows use the binary system, where every data is in increments of 2 instead of 1, causing a slight difference in data storage.
